Meal Provisions

Our chef provides lunch at our luxury IOP. If you are staying at our sober living, dinner is also provided by our chef. Both facilities offer fully stocked fridges with essentials for your convenience. We also provide groceries for breakfast, though clients must prepare their own breakfast meals.

Towels and Bedding

Our sober living facilities provide towels and bedding, ensuring comfort without needing personal supplies.

 

Daily Schedule Insights

Typical Day in PHP

A day in our luxury Partial Hospitalization Program begins with groups starting at 9 AM, a lunch break from 12 PM to 1 PM, and additional group sessions from 1 PM to 4 PM. Evening IOP is also available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

Gym Availability

Our well-appointed gym is accessible during lunch and after programming hours, supporting your physical health as part of recovery. Features include free and machine weights, an elliptical, a bike, a treadmill, a rowing machine, a big-screen TV, yoga mats, a yoga Instructor, and a kickboxing instructor.

 

Mail and Package Delivery Policies

Mail Delivery

You can receive mail directly at the IOP Center, Suite 205.

Package Delivery Restrictions

For security and management, please have all packages delivered to the IOP, Suite #205, rather than the sober living houses.

 

Group Therapy Offerings and Frequency

Types of Groups Available

We offer a wide range of luxury therapy groups, including Relapse Prevention, CBT, DBT, EMDR, Hypnotherapy, Spiritual Exploration, Rock to Recovery, Anger Management, gender-specific groups, Step Study, Kickboxing, Yoga, family and relationships, and many more.

Frequency of Therapy Sessions

Depending on your personalized treatment plan, you will meet with your primary therapist one to two times a week.

 

Additional Services

Family Therapy Sessions

Available and scheduled in consultation with your therapist to involve your loved ones in your recovery journey.

Available bi-weekly as part of our commitment to your physical and mental relaxation.

Residential Life Details

Curfew Times

Curfew is set at 10 PM from Sunday to Thursday and 11 PM on Fridays and Saturdays.

PHP and IOP Schedules

PHP runs five days a week, six hours daily, from 9 AM to 4 PM. IOP schedules can vary, typically five days a week for three hours per day or on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM.

Transition from PHP to IOP

Your case manager will advise when you can step down to IOP, which is less intensive and tailored to your progress.

Meeting Requirements at Sober Living

Residents are required to attend three meetings a week to maintain focus and support in recovery.

Co-Ed Living Arrangements

Our sober living facilities are co-ed, fostering a diverse and supportive community environment.

What to Bring

Here is a list of items that we recommend you bring to make your stay as comfortable as possible:

  • Comfortable wash-and-wear clothing for 5-7 days
  • Comfortable shoes. We recommend tennis shoes, open-style shoes, such as sandals, for summer, and warm slippers for winter.
  • Workout and gym clothing
  • Appropriate nightwear
  • Seasonal outerwear: Light jacket/sweatshirt for summer or sweaters/jackets for fall-spring
  • Summer clothing: t-shirts, walking shorts, sunglasses, hat, sunscreen SPF15 or higher
  • Toiletries: toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, shaving supplies, hair care products, hair dryer, lotion, body wash, non-alcohol mouthwash
  • Prescription medications, if applicable.
  • Cash or credit card for co-pays and prescription medications
  • Driver’s license, medical insurance card, and prescription card (if different from insurance card)
  • If you smoke, you are allowed to bring cigarettes to last 30 days

What Not to Bring

We are dedicated to creating a safe, respectful and nurturing environment for all patients and staff, and this is a commitment we ask all of our patients to embrace. For this reason, we would be grateful if you could avoid bringing certain items. We reserve the right to confiscate any items on the list below and return them to you upon discharge.

Please avoid bringing the following items:

  • Items of an offensive or sexual nature
  • Weapons of any kind (including pocket and utility knives)
  • Products that contain alcohol, including mouthwash or NyQuil)
  • Inappropriate clothing, such as clothes with offensive phrases, which promote drugs or alcohol, or which are excessively revealing or tight-fitting
  • Over-the-counter medication
  • Caffeine products, weight loss pills, or energy pills
  • Nail polish, nail polish remover, or nail glue
  • Jewelry or items that are over $300 in value
